Today we will see 5 Nutrition Fact of Sweet Potato :

1) Sweet potatoes are an excellent source of carotenoid antioxidants
2) They contain calcium, are high in vitamins A and C and contain thiamine
3) Be careful: eating too many may cause abdominal swelling and indigestion
4) Sweet potatoes are also high in sugar and therefore should be used sparingly
5) Sweet potatoes are a good source of mag­nesium which is the relaxation and anti-stress mineral. Magnesium is necessary for healthy artery, blood, bone, heart, muscle, and nerve function, yet experts estimate that approximately 80 percent of the popula­tion in North America may be deficient in this important mineral.
